Aditya Gupta brings over 22 years of diverse experience across seven industries and eight start-ups. He has been instrumental in setting up several start-ups as a founding team member, with experience across IT, retail, analytics, real estate, e-commerce, EdTech and education. His background includes more than 15 years of leading teams and managing clients in the corporate sector. He is known for his organised and systematic approach to work.

He holds an MBA from Indus Business Academy, along with a one-year Management Development Programme from IIM Kozhikode and a one-year EDP/CXO programme from XLRI.

Aditya has also successfully run his own start-up for the past four years, providing training services to corporates and educational institutions across India. During his corporate career, he received multiple Excellence and Star Performer awards. An avid reader, he has a wide range of interests spanning management, spirituality and self-help.
