Mr. Saravana Prasad V, the Head of Training & Placements at CMR University’s City Campus, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive experience spanning both corporate and academic sectors. He has held key roles at several prestigious institutions and edtech organizations. In his most recent role at Edureka, Mr. Saravana Prasad served as the Placement Head for PAN India.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully counseled and placed a significant number of students, leveraging his extensive network with leading corporates across India and abroad. He is also an active member of multiple HR forums and maintains strong industry relationships, enabling him to stay closely aligned with evolving talent demands and recruitment trends.

His core strengths include high-end customer engagement, people management, business development, and product training.Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in placements and training. His strategic approach and extensive industry-academia interface have contributed to shaping successful career paths for numerous students.

Her expertise lies in driving successful placement programs, fostering industry-academia collaboration, and equipping students with the skills needed to thrive in competitive job markets. Renowned for her strong communication, organizational, and networking skills, Ms. Farheen plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between education and industry opportunities.

Her journey began as an Assistant Professor, where she developed a strong foundation in student mentoring and academic support. This experience naturally evolved into a deep interest in career services, eventually leading her to take on the role of Placement Officer. With strengths in communication, networking, organization, counseling, and problem-solving, Ms. Ramya has successfully built and maintained partnerships with top organizations across various sectors, including IT, finance, manufacturing, and consulting.Deeply passionate about guiding students in their career journeys, she takes pride in helping them bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
Placement Officer
Ms. Arputha Stephy brings over 8 years of comprehensive experience in the education sector, having held key roles such as Recruiter, Public Relations Officer, Assistant Professor in Commerce, and Educational Coordinator. In her current role as Placement Officer at CMR University, she plays a pivotal role in enhancing student employability and institutional placement performance. Arputha leads corporate outreach initiatives, nurtures strong industry relationships, coordinates campus recruitment drives, and guides students throughout the placement lifecycle—from interview preparation to onboarding. Her proactive engagement with corporate partners bridges the gap between academia and industry, ensuring students are well-equipped for successful career transitions.

Ms. Monica, brings over 8 years of diverse professional experience across multiple domains. She has previously contributed her expertise as a Liaison and as a Placements Officer at Reva University exclusively for Multimedia and Animation, where she successfully coordinated student placements and industry collaborations.Alongside her placement experience, Ms. Monica has also handled academic responsibilities, including teaching the subject of Game Testing to undergraduate students, bridging the gap between academia and industry relevance.With her strong background in student engagement, corporate relations, and career guidance, Monica now serves as a Placement Officer at CMR University, dedicated to enhancing opportunities for students and building strong industry connections.
