The Journal welcomes submissions from academicians, practitioners, research scholars and students from law and allied fields.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The Centre for ADR inviting articles \/ research papers, case comment and book reviews on the contemporary topics and themes of Arbitration and other ADR mechanism for publication in the E.Journal of Alternate Dispute Resolution.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This is done with an aim to bring academicians, professionals, legal experts, judges and students on panels for discussions as subject of ADR is multidisciplinary in nature; to encourage debates amongst participants of the Centre and produce academic research for ADR. As ADR is a new and emerging inter-disciplinary field that is concerned with, inter-alia:<\/p><ul><li>the study of the causative structural factors and the subjective motives of the actors giving rise to disputes;<\/li><li>the study of the formal and informal institutions dedicated to the resolution of disputes; and<\/li><li>the study of the laws and regulations to produce fair outcomes of disputes.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The work may be submitted under the following categories.
